I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers!!! Owen weighed 8 pounds today!!! That is a gain of 9 oz in only 4 days... The lactation nurse said she could not believe how much better he was doing since just last week. So, all of our hard work is finally paying off. We are going to go back to Monday's group anyway so that we can see how much he gains this weekend...
Anyway - just wanted to than everyone for their thoughtful comments and prayers! We really appreciate it!!

Praying God helps you find the "right" way for your little man to eat as he needs. There are lots of good ideas and help from all sorts of sources but God has a perfect plan tailor made for Owen. HUG to you. Just remember whenever you feel at a loss that God hand picked you and Matt to be Owen's parents. He will guide you to the wisdom you need for anything.
loved all the recent pics. that last post was so hard to read though. i might have already said this, but until i did Newborn, i never realized what a drama breast feeding was. i just thought you but them on there, and they sucked. yeah right! it's like a freaking full time job. i don't know how you do it!! yay for wt gain. keep us updated.
