Getting things ready...

Tonight will be my first class at Graceland. I am excited and kind of scared of what I am getting myself into... I have always been one that believes that I can handle anything that comes my way - even though the people around me may be telling me that I am crazy! :) Somehow I didn't realize that between the classes I am finishing up at the community college and my Graceland classes I will be taking 22 hours this semester! All of that on top of working full time and having a baby in November. Now I am starting to realize that I really may be crazy if I think that I can do this but we will see how it goes... classes this week should hopefully give me some glimpse into what the semester will be like - and maybe some class dropping will happen from there...

Since I didn't know how much extra time I would have in the next few months - Mom came up last week and we worked on the baby room. Although the decor would not have been my choice (Matt got to decide since it is a boy), it did turn out really cute. Even though when I tell anyone who has known me for any amount of time that the room is done in a "Cowboy" theme - they look at me like I must have turned into a different person... The Kylie that they knew would never have done a room in Cowboy. That said - I will post pictures soon I promise! It is almost done - just waiting on a couple of things I ordered for the walls and a few parts for the dresser that were damaged in the box.

Okay - one last thing and I should start getting ready for school... Matt has been telling me this whole time that this baby is going to be big. And I have to admit that I have been a little scared considering Matt is 6'4" and he weighed well over 9 pounds when he was born and I weighed almost 9... I went to my 25 week appointment and I am already measuring 27 weeks! My midwife said she didn't think I would be suprised by that! And I wasn't considering the people that have asked me if I was having twins or already are asking if I am having this baby soon! People are just amazing sometimes... Anyway - I am going to make sure that we consider doing this early if he keeps up these measurements...

Bye for now!

PICS!!! It's funny that you mention the whole people looking at your strangely when you tell them the theme for the baby's room because I totally did a double take when Kaylin told me! :)

I want to see some more pics of the baby's room. I think the theme is super cute. I am glad we are having our babies so close together, they can have play dates(:
